taught by erica bream & cara chute rosenbaum this class will run asynchronously february 9 - march 9, 2026 come learn about co-stars, job specificity, and auditioning tone in a class that focuses on roles that all come from the restaurant! actors will create self-tapes for waiter, bartender, hostess, and barista from real drama and comedy audition sides. who should take this class? ADULT ACTORS (ages 18+) who are looking for a thorough, practical, and informative acting class that fits into their busy schedule. This is a great class for actors who want to focus on improving performance quality and interpretation in their self-tapes for these particularly difficult roles. class schedule mon feb 9 - kickoff zoom with erica & cara* fri feb 27 - 4 self-tapes due fri mar 6 - casting selected tapes posted mon mar 9 - wrap-up zoom with erica & cara* *zooms will be recorded and available for playback if you are unable to be there live how is this class different? -This class works with YOUR schedule! Zooms will be recorded for playback and you are able to tape on your own time with a set of deadlines to be aware of. -Community building! All participants will be linked into a slack channel to network, build community, and help each other with their self-tapes if they so choose. Build your network of actors and readers! -Select tapes for each role will be available for all to view to be able to see a real time sample of the type and quality of auditions that may be coming in.
